Tegula Driveway

We laid a lovely Tegula golden trio, with a Heather boarder. Creating a huge space for the customers to now make the most out of. 

Bathroom Renovation

Within 4 days we completely transformed this bathroom. The burlington suite went lovely with the contrasting tiles to give the customers a bathroom that'll be enjoyed for years to come.

(Bath panel is currently being specially made)

Aco Drainage

The customer was having issues with the drainage, pooling by the front of the property. So we installed Aco drains and added a gutter and downpipe on the bay window.

Garden Remodel 

With the extension done we moved out onto the garden. We installed a new fence on the one side, laid some lovely Castle Grey Indian sandstone slabs, all to be finished off with some sleeper boarders and lights.

Extension

We removed the existing conservatory, to then build an extension in its place, with the kitchen wall halved it opened up the space, creating more light and a lovely snug/office area with a bespoke bifold door. 

Space Utilisation 

With the customer not really using this space, we utilised it for them creating a downstairs toilet & laundry area.

Driveway Remodel

Another driveway completed, with Graphite Shannons and a complementing silver Tobermore boarder. It has transformed the front of this property!

Safety steps

As you can see from the before photo the previous steps were dangerous, so we broke them out, turned them to the side and built them with a bigger tread & landing ready for the customer to install his new handrail.
